At Pro Powder Tape, we strive to get your order to you as quickly and reliably as possible. Below is everything you need to know about our shipping process.

Carriers

We use a variety of shipping carriers — including USPS, UPS, FedEx, and others — depending on your location, shipping time, and current carrier availability.

Shipping Times

Orders are typically processed and shipped as quickly as possible. If you need expedited shipping, please contact us directly to arrange an upgraded shipping option.

Shipping Locations

We currently ship to addresses within the United States only. We do not ship to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO addresses at this time.

Shipping Costs

We use a flat rate shipping model. If the actual shipping cost ends up being significantly lower than the charged rate, we will refund the difference back to your original payment method.

Occasionally, we run promotions that include free shipping. Any such offers will be clearly advertised during the promotion period.

Tracking Information

Tracking numbers are provided for all orders. These are entered manually and will be sent to the email address associated with your order once your package has shipped.

Lost, Delayed, or Stolen Packages

If your package appears to be lost, delayed, or stolen, please contact us directly at sales@propowdertape.com. We will work with you to find a solution.

Incorrect Shipping Addresses

Please double-check your shipping address before placing your order. If an incorrect address is provided and the package is returned to us, the customer will be responsible for paying additional shipping fees to have it resent.
