Return & Refund Policy

At Pro Powder Tape, we’re committed to providing high-quality masking tape and hanging products that meet the expectations of powder coating professionals. If there’s an issue with your order, we’re here to help—within the guidelines below.


Return Eligibility

  • Returns must be requested within 14 days of delivery.
  • Items must be unused and in their original condition.
  • Used products are not eligible for return under any circumstances.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your order arrives damaged or defective:

  1. Contact us within 14 days of delivery.
  2. Provide your order number, a brief description of the issue, and photos of the item.
  3. If approved, we’ll issue a prepaid return label and cover return shipping.

Refunds for damaged or defective items are processed after return and inspection.


Refunds & Restocking Fees

  • Eligible returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee.
  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the product is confirmed defective.
  • Refunds are issued to your original payment method after inspection and may take a few business days to appear.
